So I have had such a hard time thinking of what to write about on my next blog…my brain couldn’t come up with anything!! It totally makes sense why too. One of the missionaries here said the longer you are here the harder it gets because the Swazi people become family and you can’t just put their story out there for everyone to read about! It's personal!! 

But I finally have a fun personal story to share!! A while back I shared about finally finding my future husband!! It has been a fun adventure while dating the last 9 months!! We started talking about marriage and a proposal…but that was about it. I told him if he wanted to propose that he needed to talk to my family! Well little did I know, he had done that! I also told him that I wanted him to pick out the ring by himself and that I didn’t want to know when or how he was going to do it! So on September 4, Bongani decided that it would be a perfect day to propose!! I was so caught off guard and kept saying are you for real…is this really happening!! I was so excited too!! 

Now we are just enjoying these days of getting engaged…so we don’t have a date or know where the second perfect day will happen!! :) But I am so excited for this next adventure in my life…and can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store for us!! I am so glad that the Lord finally put Bongani in my life, especially after praying for my husband for a long time!! That he would love me no matter what, be a great example to many people, but most importantly love the Lord more!! I have definitely found my keeper!!
